The Stress Release Accelerator

A 3-day course designed to help you release stress, calm an overwhelmed mind, and unwind physical tension, so they can feel grounded, clear, and in control again. Through a strategic combination of Yoga, Sound Frequencies and Yoga Nidra, you’ll regulate your nervous system and start feeling good again.

Do I need any previous Yoga experience?
No, the Stress Release Accelerator is designed to be beginner-friendly. Each practice includes guidance and alignment cues. Make sure to always respect your own body’s limits. Especially during the Reboot session, you may encounter movements that feel more energizing or challenging than you’re used to. If a pose feels uncomfortable, too intense, or too fast, simply skip it, take a pause, or choose a gentler variation. The goal is not perfection: it’s learning how to activate the body, move the energy, and support your nervous system in a way that feels safe and sustainable for you.
Do I need any equipment or props?
You will need very little equipment other than a yoga mat, but do make sure to find an environment where you feel safe to rest and let go without being disturbed. This is important for your practice. For Day 2, having a cushion or bolster and 1–2 yoga blocks can help make the restorative postures more comfortable. If you don’t have yoga props, alternatives such as pillows, folded blankets, books, or cushions work perfectly well.
How much time do I need each day?
The practices are intentionally short and designed for busy schedules. Most sessions take around 20 minutes, making them easy to fit into your morning, after work, or evening routine. Rather than adding another overwhelming self-care commitment, the course provides a simple structure you can realistically maintain even during demanding weeks.
When can I expect to start feeling results?
As we all know, there is no magic pill for results, and also in Yoga, results come with regular effort. Thanks to the powerful effects of the practices embedded in the 3R Method, many participants notice positive shifts within the first few days. Common early benefits you may experience are feeling calmer, sleeping more easily, experiencing less mental overwhelm, and feeling more relaxed in the body. With consistent practice, you may experience improved sleep quality, increased resilience to stress, and a stronger ability to switch off after work.
