The Stress Release Formula is about helping you understand the importance of slowing down and regulating your nervous system, especially in our fast-paced life. You’ll learn what nervous system regulation really means, the most common mistakes that keep you stuck in stress mode, and the foundation of the 3R Method™, a simple system I designed to help you feel calmer, more balanced, and energized again. Throughout the course, you’ll also be guided through short asana sequences followed by sound healing so you can experience how the method works and how you can integrate it into everyday life.
Is this beginner friendly?
Yes. Everything inside is beginner friendly and designed to support you gently, even if you’ve never practiced yoga before.
